Do! is an app to pass on information at events to employees as quickly and easily as possible.
You can create a project and save all relevant information for your event there.
For example, time planning, processes, crew lists, etc.
This information can be updated continuously. Daily schedules and processes are always up to date.
If you have an event in Mach! and you inserted the information about your project, the app generates a code for you. This code is the personal access for your employees.
Send the code to your employees, e.g. Cameramen / women, sound and lighting technicians, costume designers, editors, production managers, caterers, make-up artists and many more.
The recipient of the code is authorized to access the stored information.
Since all important information is stored centrally, it can be called up super quickly and easily.
It works as follows: The recipient receives the code before production begins, opens the app, enters the code and now only has to provide information about himself:
The trade in which he / she works. Different groups are created in which you can log in.
The groups will be called @ALL @Camera @Sound @Lights @Video @Visagist @Director @Set @editorial staff and so on.
No private data such as email addresses, names or user names are required for login.
The app can now not only make the stored information available to all users, it can also notify them directly via push message if there are changes in production.
